Hariley Solutions specialise in both high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment, aiming to find the perfect fit for both our clients and candidates. We provide a recruitment solution within both the Industrial and Transport sectors. We also cover Engineering, Construction and Renewables through our partner company Wentworth James.
We pride ourselves on applying a hands-on approach to the onboarding of our workers to ensure our candidates get the experience they deserve. Our clients state that our onboarding process is both engaging and seamless which helps to avoid any disruption to day-to-day activities.

Ryan Wheeler
Managing Director
With over 30 years in recruitment, Ryan founded Hariley in 2022 with a vision of creating a recruitment agency for people, by people.
Outside of work, Ryan can be found spending a lot of his time on the Golf Course. Being a former pro, he’s now trying to get the rest of the team golf ready. (Key word is “trying”…)
Clare Wheeler
Director
Clare is the driving force behind Hariley Solutions, handling payroll and financial management with precision on a daily basis.
Beyond her professional role, Clare finds utmost joy in her family life. Juggling the responsibilities of parenthood, her vibrant children, Charlie and Miley, undoubtedly keep her and Ryan busy!

Heading up the West Midlands region, Director Matt has taken us to new heights since joining the business in 2023.

Bryn has been working with Ryan since he was just 17 years old, where he realised his passion for recruitment.
Bryn enjoys going for walks and watching Aston Villa. He’s also a keen photographer and takes the most amazing pictures on his walks.

Being Ryan’s son, it’s safe to say that recruitment is in Harrison’s blood, unlike his tea-making skills.
Harrison’s passion outside of work lies with DJing, performing at venues of all sizes across the UK.
Annalise Beacham

Working out of our Wolverhampton Office, Annalise is an instrumental part of our West Midlands team.
Outside of work Annalise is currently in the process of completing a Criminology degree.
Jade Nickless
Administrator / Resourcer
Jade is part of our payroll team, but also gets stuck into recruitment at our Telford branch.
She enjoys spending her free time with partner Joe, and his pet lizard!
